REGISTERED NURSE

Nursdoc are actively seeking Registered Nurses to join our team at various Nursing Homes located in and around Malvern. This opportunity involves working closely with a various number of new clients within settings dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care. Our mission is to offer tailored support that emphasises the importance of independence, enhancing life skills, and improving both communication and social interactions. As a Nurse with Nursdoc, your aim will be to create a supportive and nurturing environment that focuses on the individual needs of residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3 months professional nursing experience in a UK Healthcare setting
• Hardworking, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changes
• Show a passion for high quality individual and teamwork
• Hold a DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc
• Be trained using the EMAR system

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to patients, following prescribed orders with precision, while monitoring and documenting
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs and symptoms, utilising clinical judgment to identify and communicate patient needs
• Educate patients and their families on health care plans, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications, ensuring understanding with treatment protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement personalised care plans
