This accommodation is also designed to attract new staff members to the hospital. There has been some staff feedback recently and this shows that the quality of accommodation that the staff are getting was a major factor in the recruitment and even the retention of the staff who work there.
Research shows that this development is much needed and that the current accommodation is in very poor condition. The people who are driving the accommodation have spoken about trust being the driving force behind recruitment and retention, and that this new accommodation is incredibly vital to ensure that the staff numbers stay high.
Work is due to start on the 31st of July and this is expected to be completed in the year 2018. People are going to move by the year 2019 and this is just a small example of how some people are doing everything they can to make sure that staff are able to keep their nursing jobs as well as making sure that they are living in comfort. Of course, if you want to find out more then we will bring you more information on this development as it surfaces. Either way, this is a great sign for the nursing industry and this new accommodation is certainly welcomed by a lot of nurses and medical professionals.
