Five nurses in the UK have said that that they are trying to change the future of healthcare. They are doing this through their work and they have been awarded a lot of prestigious awards. If you work with a nurse agency or if you are signed up with a top nursing recruitment agency and want to seek care jobs you will know how great this is. The nurses who have all been inducted into the class have said that it is a real honour and that they are very proud of all they have achieved so far. At the end of the day, the fellowships have come after the 50th anniversary year and right now there looks to be around 3,000 academy people who are actively representing the most accomplished leaders. They are working in policy, research and even administration. They have come out to say that they are very proud of everything that they have achieved and that they are happy to let inductees share their thoughts. It is an honour to be able to finally be recognised as one of the most accomplished leaders when you look at the contributions and the general impact that is being made to advance the health of the public. The fellowship are going to afford the chance to collaborate with other leaders and they are also going to do this on an annual and a global basis. They are going to try and do what they can to do this on a global basis and they are also going to work with marginalised populations. The general idea of them is to try and improve the health equity overall. The hope is to eventually inspire more black healthcare workers to sign up.

If you work for a nurse agency or if you are part of a nursing recruitment agency, you will know how important it is to make sure that staff have the support they need at work. This doesn’t just apply to staff either, it also applies to those who work as carers or those who are seeking care jobs. Nurses are working to try and find out why there is a distinctive lack of information about people who are neurodiverse, and they are also trying to give them much better help for when they might need it. They won’t have to spend all of their energy trying to fit into a world that is neurotypical at the end of the day, and this is great. A lot of people have come out to say that staff now have limited options when it comes to declaring their disability and at the end of the day, it could be just whether they consider themselves to be disabled or not. One thing to know is that a lot of people don’t feel as though what they have is a disability. The disability option does, however, need to include more options that helps to support the neurodivergent community.

Identifying staff who do not have visible disabilities is so important. This could help to lead to more reasonable adjustments being put into place by employers. It is important to know that nurses need to avoid burnout and they also need to try and stop the exodus with what is happening within the NHS. Only then can people begin to gain a bigger picture on how to support those who might be neurodiverse. With more training, more people can be included, and this is so important.

More detail is now needed on how the huge increase in student nursing numbers is going to be laid out. This is especially the case when you look at how the long-term workforce plan is going to be made possible. Healthcare think tanks such as the Health Foundation have published an analysis that helps to highlight the scale of the challenge. They are also going to help NHS providers in their quest to try and highlight the scale of challenges.

Healthcare students in England are now doing everything they can to increase the numbers of workers and they are also looking into the nursing and midwifery intakes. It is said that this has to increase from 40,400 per year to a total of 72,400 within the same period. The government have pledged a lot of support and they have also focused on the expansion of education as well. It has been noted that now there are more teaching placements too. Nihar Shembavnekar has come out to say that the NHS workforce plan is a major milestone and it is rightfully ambitious. He has praised the NHS for taking steps for wanting to help increase the staff who are going to be trained. If you work with a nurse agency or if you work in care jobs or with carers then this is great news to say the least. If you work in a nursing recruitment agency this is also great. Of course, only time will tell what the future holds but right now, it looks like a lot more has to be done to make sure that the right staffing numbers are met. Follow this story to find out more, as there are going to be a lot more updates.

A framework that ultimately aims to try and stop nurses and midwives from being signed up with expensive agencies has now come into play. If you work with a nurse agency or if you are signed up with a nursing recruitment agency then this is great. If you are carers seeking care jobs then you will understand what an impact this could have overall. A framework is going to support them but at the same time it is also going to impact nursing and healthcare. Those who are on the framework have to give healthcare workers and nurses a fair price. The department of health has come out to say that they are making huge progress so far and that they are doing what they can to try and tackle industry spending where possible. Reducing the general reliance of agency workers right now, is the right thing to do. Dolores McCormick who is the associate director of the RCN has said that the union are going to be monitoring how the general roll out and the framework is going to help those in practice. The RCN have been engaged in the work that is going to shape the ongoing measures. They are going to increase their general reliance on agency staff and they have also gone as far to recommend the introduction of the healthcare support framework in May too. While they do want to continue to support the work that is being carried out, they also have to make sure that they support patient safety as well as making sure that people are being treat as a priority where possible. This is not always the case but at least they are doing what they can to give support to those who well and truly need it.
