If you work as part of a thriving nurse agency or if you currently work for a nursing recruitment agency as you are seeking care jobs or wish to support carers then you should know that support has been announced for a new system. The research has been carried out on the behalf of the nursing and midwifery council and they have also helped everyone to gain a solid understanding of the roles that they have. According to the report, nurses as well as midwives are now taking on way more complex and expert roles. The report said that this is a very fast-moving landscape and that now advanced practitioner roles have very much developed over time. They have done so for a range of clinicians and for professional reasons. They have explained that there is no clear reason for how advanced the practice is and that it is somewhat impossible to be precise about how many people are operating at an advanced level. The NMC do not regulate any advanced practices and they do not work in nursing or in midwifery. Of course, the professionals who are working in the practice are now responsible for making sure that they coincide with the current regulatory framework too.
In the report, it would seem that a number of stakeholders who come from higher educational institutions and unions are putting in the work to make sure that everything is up to par. Right now it would seem that this is not the case and that more has to be done to make sure that professionals who enter are respectful of the space and that they are also happy to do what it takes to give support to those who need it the most.
