COMPLEX CARE NURSE

Nursdoc is actively seeking experienced Complex Care Nurses to provide specialist homecare support to clients in Newcastle and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering expert clinical care in a home setting, helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD) management.
• Respiratory support and care.
• Bowel and bladder management, including digital stimulation.
• Spinal care and mobility assistance.
• Medication administration via nebuliser.
• Urethral and suprapubic catheter care.
• Bowel medication management.
• Baseline observations and clinical monitoring.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration.
• Minimum 3 months UK nursing experience in a complex care setting.
• DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through Nursdoc.
• Must reside within a commutable distance of Sheffield.
• Experience in autonomic dysreflexia management, bowel/bladder care, spinal injury care, and medication administration.
