Clinically governed medical escort, transfer and international support solutions for insurance and global assistance providers.

Nursdoc International provides structured, clinically led medical staffing and operational support across repatriation, medical transport and international assistance casework.

We work alongside our long-standing and trusted operational partner. Together, we combine responsive mobilisation with governance, workforce depth and controlled delivery standards.

Our role is to operate as a professional extension of your service — protecting patient safety, maintaining clinical accountability and supporting insurer governance requirements at every stage of the journey.

We understand that assistance work requires calm judgement, structured reporting and operational flexibility. Our teams are prepared for dynamic, multi-agency environments where time, clarity and compliance matter.
Repatriation is not a single transfer. It is a clinical pathway. Nursdoc International supports patients from initial assessment through to safe reintegration at home, ensuring continuity and reducing fragmentation between providers.

Through our sister company Nursing Direct, a CQC-registered complex care provider, we can continue support once the patient returns home.
This may include nurse-led packages, ventilation care, tracheostomy management, paediatric complex care, neurological support or high-acuity long-term condition management. This integrated pathway provides stability for insurers and consistency for patients.
Nursdoc International provides flexible clinical capability aligned to the needs of insurers and assistance providers.

We deploy critical care nurses, advanced paramedics and specialist clinicians to support commercial airline repatriation. Our teams manage pre-travel review, in-flight monitoring, medication administration within legal authority, escalation planning and structured handover on arrival.

We provide clinically supervised land transfers including airport coordination, hospital-to hospital movement and onward travel to home or care settings.

We conduct in-person assessments to support travel readiness decisions, stability reporting and structured clinical recommendations for insurers.

Where appropriate, we can provide remote clinical review and advisory input to support case planning and triage.
Our workforce includes experienced clinicians accustomed to high-acuity and complex environments.
