Nursdoc Healthcare Recruitment are looking to appoint a full-time Payroll Operations/ Team Leader to over see the operation and assist the Payroll Director.
Objective
- Experience of leading a payroll team
- Payroll qualification or led by experience
- Acceptance of Deadlines and need to adhere to these.
- Understanding of operational procedures
- Understanding of pension reforms and auto enrolment
- Ideal understanding of recruitment environment
- High Volume of payroll processing, weekly payrolls
- Supplier and compliance due diligence management
- Customer Service Focused individual
- Understanding of KPI reports about the team
- Responsible for day to day duties of payroll team members
- Experience of using Tempaid
Requirements
- Excellent communication
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
- Ability to be pro-active in the course of the role
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a close team
- Prove ability to manage a small team
- Proficient in all MS Office Packages especially Excel
- Ability to priorities workload
- Studying towards CIPP is beneficial but not essential
- Experience of Tempaid would be beneficial
