Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner based in Ipswich? Looking for flexible, rewarding work that fits around your lifestyle?
We’re currently supporting trusted childcare providers in the Ipswich area, offering ad-hoc and temporary assignments in a variety of nursery and early years settings.
Whether you're looking for a few extra days of work or regular weekly shifts, we'd love to hear from you. Shifts are typically Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, with immediate start dates available.

About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll support the development, care, and learning of children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe and engaging environment
- Supporting both indoor and outdoor play activities
- Planning and observing developmentally appropriate activities
- Acting as a key person if required (depending on qualifications)
- Promoting inclusive practice and safeguarding children
- Building strong relationships with families and colleagues
Requirements:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (preferred)
- Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Food Hygiene (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working in early years settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and child development
