REGISTERED NURSE (NURSING HOME)

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months' UK experience as a Registered Nurse within a care home or nursing home setting
• A valid NMC PIN
• Confident, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing clinical needs
• A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care
• Up-to-date mandatory clinical training
• A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Nursdoc

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead outstanding nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of resident safety and clinical practice
• Administer medications, develop and review care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changing resident needs
• Work collaboratively with care teams, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes
• Provide compassionate, person-centred support that promotes comfort, dignity, and well-being
• Maintain professionalism and ensure residents are treated with respect at all times
