The NHS Board in North Wales has been put into special measures yet again by the government. They have cited concerns with the leadership and the culture. Action is going to be taken to improve the health of the board and it would seem that there is now a lack of consistency. This is within the efficiency, quality and safety of the service. Who knows what the future holds but right now it would seem that more steps have to be taken to ensure that things change for the better.
