REGISTERED NURSE (NURSING HOME)

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months’ UK experience as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home or care home setting
• A confident and adaptable nurse, able to respond effectively to changing clinical needs
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach with a strong commitment to high standards of care
• A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date mandatory training
• A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Nursdoc

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety and clinical excellence
• Administer medications, manage and review care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Respond calmly and effectively to medical emergencies and urgent clinical situations
• Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and external healthcare professionals
• Promote residents’ well-being through compassionate communication and personalised support
• Uphold dignity, respect, and professionalism in all aspects of care delivery
