Description

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for flexible and rewarding work in Dymchurch, Kent? We are growing our team to support adults within a specialist neurological residential service, delivering high-quality, person-centred support in a positive and empowering environment.

This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a dedicated team supporting adults with complex neurological needs. The service focuses on rehabilitation and long-term support, helping individuals build independence, confidence and resilience in everyday life. You will play a key role in enabling residents to live fulfilling lives while feeling safe, respected and valued.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 6 months’ UK experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience supporting adults with complex neurological needs
  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • Diabetes Management
  • PEG and Jejunostomy care
  • Enteral Feeds via bolus and competent with administration via pump
  • Confident, adaptable, and skilled at responding to changing clinical needs
  • A compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering safe, effective, high-standard care
  • A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date clinical training
  • A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring resident safety and clinical excellence
  • Administer medications, manage care plans, and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Respond confidently and effectively to medical emergencies and urgent care needs
  • Work collaboratively with care teams, families, and external healthcare professionals
  • Promote well-being through compassionate communication, reassurance, and personalised support
  • Ensure dignity, respect, and professionalism in every aspect of care delivery
