HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (PRIVATE HOSPITAL)

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a UK healthcare setting
• NEWS (National Early Warning Score) training
• Adaptable, hardworking, and able to respond confidently to changing needs
• Passionate about delivering excellent care and working as part of a team
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc

Key responsibilities:

• Support residents safely with mobility and respond to emergencies confidently
• Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect
• Encourage social interaction, meaningful activities, and companionship
• Accurately observe, record, and report residents’ health and well-being
• Communicate effectively with the wider healthcare team
