HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

Important: Due to limited public transport links in the area, being a driver is preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months’ experience in a UK care or nursing home environment
• A reliable, adaptable individual who can confidently respond to changing care needs
• A compassionate and caring nature with a passion for delivering high-quality support
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting residents with safe mobility and responding appropriately in emergencies
• Delivering personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect
• Encouraging companionship, social interaction, and meaningful engagement
• Observing, recording, and reporting on residents’ health and well-being
• Communicating effectively with nurses, carers, and the wider care team
