Are you a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker looking for flexible and rewarding work in Norwich, Norfolk? We are expanding our team to provide exceptional support to residents across friendly, professional care and nursing home settings throughout the Norwich area.

What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in UK care or nursing home environments
- Someone adaptable, reliable, and confident in responding to changing care needs
- A warm, empathetic approach with a genuine passion for supporting residents
- A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc
Key responsibilities:
- Support residents with mobility safely and respond appropriately in emergency situations
- Provide personal care - including bathing, dressing, and grooming - while maintaining dignity at all times
- Promote companionship, social interaction, and engagement in meaningful activities
- Observe, record, and report any changes in residents’ comfort, health, or well-being
- Communicate clearly and professionally with nurses, carers, and the wider care team
