Adult Community Support Worker - 12-Week Contract in Guernsey, Channel Islands
- Payrate: £22-24 per hour (paid every Friday)
- Payment: LTD Company
- Hours: Full-time, combination of days & nights available
- Accommodation & Travel: Part covered by Nursdoc
- Location: Guernsey

- Contract: Must be able to commit to a 3 block booking
Nursdoc is currently partnering with a leading adult community care provider in Guernsey and is seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join their team on a contracted basis for the next 12 weeks (with the potential to extend).
About the services:
You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, providing person-centred care within the community. The role involves travelling to multiple service users' homes, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and organising meaningful routines and activities tailored to each individual's needs and goals.

Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (Children & Adult) on the Update Service or issued within the last 6 months
- Able to commit to a 12 week booking on the island
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- UK Drivers license and you are happy to take your vehicle via ferry to Guernsey
- Previous experience in a children’s residential or similar support role
- A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
