REGISTERED NURSE (NURSING HOME)

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1 year's UK experience as a Registered Nurse within a care home, nursing home, or similar healthcare setting
• A valid NMC PIN
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering person-centred nursing care
• Confident, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing clinical needs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Up-to-date mandatory clinical training
• A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care
• A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Nursdoc

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead outstanding nursing care, ensuring the highest standards of resident safety and clinical practice
• Assess residents' health needs and develop, implement, and review personalised care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately to residents, maintaining all relevant clinical records and documentation
• Monitor residents' conditions, responding promptly and effectively to any changes in health or wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with care teams, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes for residents
• Provide compassionate, person-centred support that promotes comfort, dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and professional nursing standards
• Support and guide care staff while contributing to a positive and professional working environment
