What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 months' UK experience as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home, care home, or similar healthcare setting
- A valid NMC PIN
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering person-centred nursing care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Confident, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to changing clinical needs
- Up-to-date mandatory clinical training
- A compassionate, professional approach with a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care
- A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Nursdoc
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care that meets the individual needs of residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and well-being
- Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, monitoring residents for any changes or adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide a supportive and positive care experience
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, clinical standards, and safety protocols
- Support and contribute to a positive, professional, and caring environment within the home
