Registered Nurse (Nursing Home)

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A minimum of 6 months’ UK experience as a Registered Nurse within care homes, nursing homes, hospitals, or other healthcare settings.
• A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date clinical training.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt confidently to changing care needs.
• A compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to nursing care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A DBS registered on the Update Service or a willingness to apply through Nursdoc.
• The right to work in the UK and the ability to travel within the local area.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents and patients.
• Administer medications and treatments in line with clinical guidelines and best practice.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changes in clinical condition.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external healthcare professionals.
• Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and professional standards.
