  • Experience administering medication safely and accurately in line with care plans and policies.
  • A compassionate, professional, and person-centred approach to care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • The ability to work confidently, using initiative and supporting less experienced team members when required.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc.
  • The right to work in the UK and the ability to travel within the local area.

  • Maintain accurate medication administration records (MAR charts) and care documentation.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, mobility, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Monitor, record, and report any changes in residents' physical or mental well-being.
  • Assist with moving and handling procedures where required.
  • Support and guide Healthcare Assistants within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents at all times.

What we offer:

  • Competitive hourly rates.
  • Flexible shift patterns, including day and night shifts.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • Referral bonus scheme for recommending healthcare professionals.
  • Ongoing training, development opportunities, and career progression.
  • Dedicated consultant support available 24/7.

If you are an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant with medication administration certification and a passion for delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
