Mental Health Nurses have to Do Their Bit to Attract New Colleagues

If you are currently part of a nursing recruitment agency or if you are seeking care jobs then you will know how important it is to make sure that people are coming into the industry on a regular basis. Studies have shown that right now there is a bit of a delay with people coming into a nurse agency and those seeking carers jobs but that being said, nurses themselves are hoping to change this. Staff who work at a mental health trust have gone out of their way to try and create two short films. They are broadcasting them on social media and they are doing this in a bid to try and attract as many people as possible. The staff who are involved in the videos have come from various backgrounds and some of them work as occupational therapists. You also have executive directors who are taking part to try and do their bit. They have come out to say that they want to try and attract new people to come and work with them and they also want to try and fill the gaps in the industry.
The aim of the movement is to try and let people know what they will be doing and why their place of work is so supportive. They have said that if people were to join the hospital then they would be getting health support, wellbeing support and that they would also get access to things such as free car parking. They would be able to have flexible working with the best people and they would also be part of an inclusive organisation that wants nothing more than to encourage new people to achieve their true potential. The video has since gained widespread attention.
