CARE SUPPORT WORKER

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 months’ experience working within UK care or nursing home settings
• Someone adaptable, dependable, and confident in responding to changing needs
• A warm, caring approach with a genuine passion for supporting others
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc

Key responsibilities:

• Support residents safely with mobility and respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
• Provide personal support with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring dignity at all times
• Encourage companionship, social interaction, and involvement in meaningful activities
• Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ comfort, well-being, and daily needs
• Communicate clearly and positively with nurses, carers, and the wider care team
