HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

We’re looking for Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing excellent care and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK healthcare setting
• Adaptable, hardworking, and confident responding to changing needs
• Caring, professional, and committed to delivering high standards of care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through Nursdoc

Key responsibilities:

• Support residents safely with mobility and respond confidently in emergencies
• Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) with dignity and respect
• Encourage social interaction, companionship, and meaningful daily activities
• Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing
• Communicate effectively with the wider care and nursing team
