HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

Nursdoc are actively seeking Health Care Assistants with Eating Disorder experience to work with us in Norwich. This opportunity involves working closely with a new client within a setting dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised care. Our mission is to offer tailored support that emphasises the importance of independence, enhancing life skills, and improving both communication and social interactions. We aim to create a supportive and nurturing environment that focuses on the individual needs of residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 6 months professional experience in a UK Healthcare setting.
• Hardworking, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to changes.
• Show a passion for high quality individual and teamwork
• Hold a DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to purchase a DBS through Nursdoc

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute essential tasks, including safe mobility support and emergency basic life support, adhering to safety protocols.
• Deliver personal care with dignity, focusing on bathing, dressing, and grooming, respecting individual preferences.
• Contribute to a supportive atmosphere through meaningful engagement, social activities, and companionship.
• Monitor and document residents’ health, ensuring clear communication with all members in the healthcare support team.
