What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Carer in a UK healthcare setting
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A caring, professional attitude with commitment to exceptional standards of care
- Competence in complex care (e.g., PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, etc.)
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised, safe, and dignified complex care to clients in the community
- Support independence and promote well-being through tailored care plans
- Accurately observe, record, and report on clients’ health and progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider healthcare team
