Community nurses who work in Scotland are going to get an increase to their general milage rates. If they go above this then the rate is going to increase from 20p to 25p. The rates are of course, going to be applied to any travel that takes place from April 1st and that this is going to be reviewed on a month-by-month basis.

It would seem that over 13 unions have come out to say that they are greatly disappointed in the RCN.
